The property overlooks the Valmayor lake, providing a great outlet for fishing. Nearby, there are horseback riding, water skiing, zip-lines, and kayak rentals. There are both local specialty shops and farmers’ markets in our nearby pueblos, where you can buy freshly baked bread and pastries, fruit, vegetables, and some of the best meats and cheeses in the Sierra. The local grocery store has a large fresh fish market, where staff will advise on choices and share their best recipes to cook them.

Try La Santina, where we love everything and especially their Verdinas con Carabineros, or take the scenic drive to El Escorial for a unique experience at Michelin-starred Montia.
